Transform Your Training is proud to have been selected by the Department for Education to design and deliver a flagship national programme between 2026 and 2028.
The National Careers Adviser CPD is a free to access, innovative programme designed to help you strengthen your practice, stay ahead of labour market developments, and deliver inclusive and informed advice to the young people you work with.
This free-to-access innovative programme will launch in Autumn 2026, including six CDI accredited modules across SEND, mental health needs, experience of care, those in alternative provision and facing barriers to education and employment.

About the Programme
Delivered mainly online, our experienced team will use an engaging, evidence-informed and practice-focused approach to help you strengthen your practice, responding to emerging developments across education and skills that will enable you to deliver high-quality careers guidance to individuals of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
Underpinned by our proven and award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, and with our usual commitment to ‘no more boring and uninspiring training sessions’, this programme is part of the Department for Education’s continued commitment to raising professional standards within the careers sector and ensuring individuals receive impartial, informed and impactful careers support throughout their education and employment journeys.
We will launch with a national conference before moving into a comprehensive programme of continuing professional development, expert-led learning and collaborative peer support.
